They say a great dentist gives you a better smile, but this team goes the extra mile to put an ‘S’ on that word!

My treatment was completely painless, and the explanation of my dental plan was incredibly clear. Ronak Shah was particularly fabulous at explaining my oral health in a way I could finally understand.

However, the staff proved they truly care about their patients in a way I’ve never seen before. When the star sapphire fell out of my wedding ring, Dr. Shrey Shah, Ronak, and the entire office staff stayed back past 5:00 PM to search the entire clinic until they found it. I am so grateful for their dedication and for working back late to help me.

Exceptional service, honest health planning, and a wonderful team. Would I recommend them? You bet!

The Dentist was fantastic, very gentle and accommodating. I had an appt to ascertain whether a crown was required to protect a tooth. It is fantastic that you can get a crown fitted on the same day as an in house service compared to having to wait 10-14 days to get one made elsewhere at other dentists. I was extremely lucky to jag a cancellation on the day of my first appt to get everything done the same day. Exceptional service, friendly staff and pleasant calming surroundings. I recommend CQ Dental to anyone. Thanks so much Shrey.

The team delivers excellent service from start to finish: warm, professional, and focused on patient comfort. I was especially impressed by how quickly they were able to complete my crown. The turnaround was just hours and the quality is great.

Their pricing is also very reasonable, which is refreshing when it comes to dental work. I am very happy and recommend them to anyone wanting high quality dental work!

Extremely professional, caring staff. Very calming while in the chair getting treatment done. The front office ladies were very friendly and helpful. Gave me a follow up phone call 30 minutes later to make sure I was recovering from the anaesthesia wearing off.

Absolutely amazing service my daughter who was 4 urgently needed a large filling on her front tooth and she definitely wasn't being the best patient she was very nervous and wanted to leave once it started but they helped and managed to make sure it got done and let her pick a present at the end,

Dr Shrey Shah is an experienced dental practitioner offering a range of dental services including complex restorations, full mouth rehabilitation, Smile design, Dental implants, Wisdom teeth extractions, Root canal treatment, Crowns and bridges, Paediatric dentistry and Family dentistry. Dr Shah graduated from Gujarat University in India in 2011. He practised in India for a multi-location practice for two-and-a-half years before moving to Australia in 2014. He completed his Australian registration requirement in 2016 and since has been working in a number of private practices. Throughout his career, he has always been up to date with the latest innovations in dentistry and keeps enhancing his skills with continuing professional education to provide his patients the best service possible. Dr. Shrey has been a local since 2018. In his free time Dr Shrey loves to play tennis, watch movies and enjoys spending some quality time with his family.

Dr Paul de Figueiredo graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2006 and brings nearly two decades of experience to his role, having worked in both government and private clinics during that time. After many years down south, he relocated to Rockhampton with his family at the end of 2025.

Over the years, Paul has enjoyed interacting with patients from all walks of life and finding practical ways to help patients optimise their dental health. He draws a lot of satisfaction from helping patients smile and eat with confidence.
